I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to providing the highest quality virtual counseling services to help individuals thrive. I utilize EMDR and Mindfulness-Based CBT to empower my clients to break free from old patterns to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. I work with individuals ages 8 and up on a variety of issues ranging from managing stress and anxiety to healing from trauma and significant life changes.

VIRTUAL TRAUMA THERAPY
You’ll never know your full potential until you give yourself a chance. I specialize in treating traumatic stress. I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to assist individuals in transitioning from surviving to thriving.
PRICING
$165 PER SESSION
Sessions are 55 minutes long. I accept cash, check, Health Savings Account, and all major credit or debit cards.
